Those operations had developed lab devices and chemicals to find and study cancer cells in a patient's blood, and the company says it has terminated that business. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, it generated approximately $127,637 (HK$1,000,000) in revenue from FinTruth operations. The company expects to earn enterprise subscription and usage-based API fees. It reports that the ELOC Agreement with Helena Global Investment Opportunities I Ltd., for up to $25,000,000 of common stock, terminated effective July 21, 2026.
