Daiichi Sankyo's ADC engine grows fast but leans on Enhertu
Daiichi Sankyo's ADC platform is producing fast revenue growth and a steady flow of breast cancer approvals. Lung cancer is the next test, and 2026 brought a positive Enhertu trial alongside the I-DXd withdrawal. Manufacturing commitments made at peak expectations are a cost of any further pipeline setbacks.
