Its software businesses include Brightree for durable medical equipment providers and MEDIFOX DAN for residential care in Germany. On June 30, 2026, it agreed to sell its MatrixCare business for $490 million in cash. The company says it employs approximately 11,370 people and sells in more than 140 countries.
