Nymox Pharmaceutical Corp. (OTC: NYMXF) said on May 1, 2025 that it cannot file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense.

The company filed a Form 12b-25, a notice of late filing that gives a company a short grace period to make the filing.

Nymox says it is still in process of compiling certain required information to complete the Form 20-F, and that some vendors have been delayed in responding to its auditors. As a result, the company requires additional time to prepare and review its consolidated financial statements and other disclosures in the report.

Nymox expects to file the Form 20-F on or before the fifteenth calendar day extension provided by Rule 12b-25.

The company answered no when asked whether it expects a significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year. It also said all other periodic reports required during the preceding 12 months have been filed.
