NeOnc Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTHI) said on August 14, 2025 that it could not file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 on time.

The Calabasas, California company filed a Form 12b-25 notice of late filing. Filing the notice gives a company an extra five calendar days to submit a quarterly report.

NeOnc said it needs more time to complete the final review of its financial statements and other disclosures about non-cash expense charges to be recorded for previously granted restricted stock units. A non-cash charge is an expense that does not use cash.

The company said it is working to finish the report as soon as possible. It expects to file the 10-Q within the five-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

NeOnc said it has filed all other periodic reports required during the preceding 12 months. It checked "No" when asked whether it expects a significant change in results of operations from the same period last year.
