MindWalk Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HYFT) announced a share repurchase program under which it may buy back up to 2.3 million common shares. The program runs for twelve months, from October 15, 2025 to no later than October 15, 2026.
The company said the amount represents approximately 5% of the 46,154,188 common shares currently issued and outstanding.
CEO Jennifer Bath said: "With our balance sheet significantly strengthened and our business moving toward stronger financial health, we believe it is appropriate to add a share repurchase program to our long-term capital allocation toolkit."
Repurchases, if any, may be made from time to time on the open market at prevailing prices or by other legally permissible means. The company decides the volume, timing and manner. It does not have to buy any specific amount. The company expects to fund the program from existing cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, future cash flows or financing activities.
The board will review the program periodically. It may change its size or terms, or suspend or end it at any time without notice. Repurchased shares may be held as treasury shares or cancelled, or used for other purposes.
The announcement was filed with the SEC on Form 6-K on October 9, 2025.
