Lipocine Inc. (Nasdaq: LPCN) filed a prospectus supplement on February 26, 2026 that increases the amount of common stock it may sell under its sales agreement with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners. The agreement is dated April 26, 2024. The new total is up to an aggregate of $50,000,000, including shares already sold.

Under the earlier prospectus, Lipocine had registered up to an aggregate of $10,616,169 of common stock.
