Curanex Pharmaceuticals Inc. said the underwriters of its initial public offering exercised in full their over-allotment option, buying an additional 562,500 shares of common stock at the IPO price of $4.00 per share.

The sale raised an additional $2,250,000, the company said in a press release dated September 12, 2025. That brought total gross proceeds from the offering to $17,250,000, before underwriting discounts and other expenses, through the issuance of a total of 4,312,500 shares.

An over-allotment option lets underwriters buy extra shares from the issuer at the IPO price.

Dominari Securities LLC was lead underwriter for the offering. Pacific Century Securities LLC and Revere Securities LLC were co-underwriters. The Crone Law Group, P.C. was counsel to Curanex, and Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP was lead counsel to the underwriters.

The offering was made under a registration statement on Form S-1 that the SEC declared effective on August 12, 2025. The stock trades on Nasdaq under the symbol CURX.

Curanex, based in Jericho, New York, is a developmental stage company working on botanical drugs for inflammatory diseases.
