Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc. (ACRV) and Akoya Biosciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quanterix Corporation, signed a Termination and Transition Agreement on February 25, 2026. It ends the OncoSignature Companion Diagnostic Agreement dated June 17, 2022. The filing says the termination involves no financial payments from or to any party.
Acrivon announced on February 18, 2026 that it had completed and certified its own CLIA laboratory in Watertown, Massachusetts. With that in-house capability, it will move ACR-368 OncoSignature testing to the new lab. Quanterix and Acrivon agreed to a transition plan to transfer the procedures, materials and know-how from Akoya's earlier testing and development work to Acrivon.
During the transfer, Quanterix is expected to keep meeting all ACR-368 OncoSignature clinical testing requirements for Acrivon's ongoing registrational-intent Phase 2b study.
Acrivon says that, as part of the termination, it has ensured full development and commercialization rights to its proprietary ACR-368 OncoSignature test. The company believes in-house operations give it more control over biomarker identification and companion diagnostic development.
