Zeo ScientifiX Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on biological therapeutics for degenerative diseases and regenerative medicine. Its products are derived from birth tissue, including mesenchymal stem cells, stem cell and amniotic fluid derived exosomes and Whartons Jelly matrix. Its principal product, Zofin, is derived from amniotic fluid and manufactured to retain naturally occurring extracellular vesicles, proteins and cell secreted nanoparticles. The company also makes Patient Pure X (PPX), an autologous biologic containing a nanoparticle fraction precipitated from a patient's own peripheral blood. It sells its products through doctors and clinics and is positioning itself around Florida's stem cell therapy law, SB 1768, effective July 1, 2025. The company has obtained IND and emergency IND approvals from the FDA for clinical use of Zofin, and it has launched an IRB-approved study of PPX in patients with musculoskeletal joint pathologies. In June 2025 it acquired BioLumina, LLC, a seller of topical aesthetic products. It has also sued BioXtek, LLC in Broward County Circuit Court after BioXtek sought to terminate a joint venture.
