Terms of use
These terms of use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and aibio.space ("aibio.space", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the website at aibio.space, our emails, and the forms and features on the site (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Please read the section on disputes. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration rather than in court, and it waives class actions. You can opt out within 30 days.
Aibio.space is a news website
aibio.space is a news and analysis website. Its news stories, desk views, company pages, Investor Ranks, scores and the Fact-check-o-meter are journalistic and analytical work. We manage them independently, according to journalistic and analytical considerations, and not at the request of, or for payment from, the companies we write about. Where a company has bought a Company Channel, only the posts in the section labeled as company content are run by that company. Every other part of that page stays under our editorial control. Every company page and desk page states at the bottom who manages it: aibio.space, or aibio.space together with the company for its labeled channel section. A company cannot buy a rank, a favorable view, the removal of a story or a change to our analysis. It can ask for a correction, and we fix factual errors. See how we work.
Not investment advice
aibio.space publishes news, data and opinion about public companies for general information only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice, a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, or an offer of any security. Nothing is tailored to your circumstances. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship arises from your use of the Service. Desk views, the Investor Rank, scores and the Fact-check-o-meter are opinions. An Investor Rank of 10 is our most positive view of a company's business position and 1 our most negative; neither is a recommendation to buy or sell. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Statements about the future are uncertain, and past performance does not predict future results. Investing in biotech and pharmaceutical companies is risky and you can lose all of your money. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before you invest.
Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to subscribe. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including securities laws. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
Free membership
Part of the Service is open to everyone and the rest is open to free members. You become a member by subscribing with your email address, agreeing to receive our emails, including offers and promotions, and confirming your address. Membership is free and lasts while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, emails stop and full access ends; you can rejoin at any time. Membership is personal to you and you may not share sign-in links or access with others. We may change what is open and what is for members, change or discontinue any part of the Service, or suspend or end a membership, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have broken these Terms. Because membership is free, we owe you nothing if we do.
Emails and offers
By subscribing you agree that we may email you, including offers and promotions, until you unsubscribe. Each email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Some offers may concern products or services of other companies. Any purchase or dealings with another company are solely between you and that company, on its terms. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party products or services, and we are not responsible for them. Promotional content is identified as such and is not part of our editorial coverage.
Company Channel (paid company content)
A company can buy a Company Channel to publish its own posts on its company page. These terms apply to it in addition to the rest of these Terms.
- Fees. US$169 a month, or US$1,690 a year, plus any applicable tax, charged in advance by card through our payment provider. There is no free period. The subscription renews for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the channel stays open to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable, including for part periods, except where the law requires. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice, and the new price applies from the next renewal after the notice period.
- Authority. The person who buys a channel confirms they are authorized to bind the company, and the company is the customer.
- Your content. The company is solely responsible for what it posts. It confirms that every post is accurate, not misleading, lawful, and does not infringe anyone's rights; that it complies with securities laws and exchange rules, including rules on selective disclosure; that forward-looking statements carry appropriate cautionary language; and that it does not disclose material non-public information. The company grants us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format and distribute its posts on the Service and in search and syndication feeds while the channel is active, and to keep archived copies afterwards.
- Labels and review. Every post is labeled as company content, names the company, and states that the company pays aibio.space for the channel, as section 17(b) of the US Securities Act of 1933 requires. We may review posts before or after publication, ask for changes, decline or remove any post, or suspend a channel, at our discretion and without refund where a post breaks these Terms or the law.
- Independence. A channel does not buy or affect our stories, desk views, Investor Rank, Fact-check-o-meter or corrections, and we may keep publishing about the company, favorably or not. Until a company takes a channel, and outside its channel section, we manage its page as we see fit.
- Indemnity for company content. The company will defend and indemnify aibio.space against any claim, loss, regulatory action or expense arising from its posts or from its breach of these terms.
- No guarantee of results. We do not promise any level of traffic, readership, search ranking or investor response.
Reader discussion
Members can post in the investor discussion on company pages. Posts appear as soon as they are sent; we do not review them first. These terms apply to every post in addition to the rest of these Terms and the rules shown next to the discussion.
- You are responsible for your posts. What you post is your own statement, not aibio.space reporting, and it is not investment advice. You must say truthfully whether you hold the stock.
- Securities laws. You must not use the discussion to manipulate, or try to manipulate, the price or trading of any security; promote a security for payment or any other benefit without clearly disclosing it, or post for anyone who pays or rewards you; make false or misleading statements about any company or person; or share material non-public information, or information you have a duty to keep confidential.
- Other rules. No buy or sell calls and no price targets. No accusation of a crime or fraud against a named person unless you link a court filing or a regulator's release that makes it. No personal details about anyone, no harassment, no spam, and no links during your first 7 days as a member. We may limit how often you can post.
- Our rights. We may delete or hide any post, and restrict, suspend or close any account, at our discretion and without notice, including where we believe a post may break securities laws or these Terms. We are not obliged to monitor the discussion, and we are not responsible for what readers post. Reports from readers may hide a post until we review it.
- Records. We may keep posts, reports and moderation records, including posts we have removed, and disclose them to a regulator, court or law enforcement authority, or to others, where the law requires or permits it, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
- Licence. You keep ownership of your posts. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, reproduce, format and distribute your posts on the Service, and in its feeds and archives, for as long as they are on the Service and afterwards in records we keep under these Terms. You confirm that you have the right to grant it.
Acceptable use
You may read the Service, link to it, and share or print individual pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- copy, republish, sell, license or distribute substantial parts of the Service, or members-only content, without our written permission;
- get around, disable or interfere with the membership restriction or any security feature, or access the Service by means other than the interfaces we provide;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means except as our robots.txt permits, or collect content at a rate that strains the Service;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product or database, except as our robots.txt or llms.txt expressly permits;
- subscribe with someone else's email address or a false identity, or impersonate anyone;
- send us anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful, or any virus or malicious code;
- use the Service to manipulate the market for any security, or in breach of securities or other laws.
Content and intellectual property
The Service, including its text, data compilations, design, graphics, software and the aibio.space name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Company names, tickers and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. Stories summarize and link to public sources, which belong to their publishers. Photographs are used under the licenses listed in the picture credits.
What you send us
When you send us a correction, reply, company update, claim or any other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it and, if you speak for a company, that you are authorized to do so. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, quote, edit, publish and link to it in connection with the Service. We do not treat submissions as confidential unless we agree that in writing beforehand. We decide what to publish, we are not obliged to publish anything, and we never charge to consider a submission. We may refuse or remove a claim if we cannot verify it.
Third-party content, data and links
The Service includes data, charts and links from third parties, including market data and charts from TradingView, company filings and outside reporting. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for information only, under the third party's own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites or services, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of them is at your own risk. A listing in our directory does not mean a security currently trades or is suitable for anyone.
Cookies and privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, including the browser storage and cookies described in its cookies section. Third-party services embedded in the Service, such as TradingView, load only if you choose to show them and are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for the settings of your own browser and device.
Accuracy and corrections
We aim to link every figure to its source and to correct verifiable errors promptly, as described in our corrections policy. We do not promise that the Service is accurate, complete, current or free of errors, and information may change after publication. Check the original source before you rely on anything. To report an error, write to contact@aibio.space.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service, our emails or third-party content are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, aibio.space and the people and companies who run, contribute to or provide services for it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, loss of data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, however caused and even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). These limits apply to every theory of liability, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability and statute. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions; where that is so, they apply only to the extent allowed, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless aibio.space and the people and companies who run, contribute to or provide services for it from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, anything you send us, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of anyone else.
Disputes and arbitration
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, write to contact@aibio.space with a description of the dispute and what you want. We will try to resolve it informally within 60 days.
Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration may take place by video or in writing, or in the county where you live. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek an injunction in court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
No class actions. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different people. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration.
Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing contact@aibio.space within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, your email address and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.
Time limit. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
Consumers outside the United States. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country whose laws do not allow these provisions, this section does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws or your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Governing law and courts
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section, any proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@aibio.space that identifies the work, the material and where it appears, gives your contact details, states that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and states, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We will review it and remove material where appropriate.
Ending these Terms
You may stop using the Service at any time and unsubscribe with one click. We may suspend or end your access at any time. The sections on investment advice, content, what you send us, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, disputes, governing law and general terms survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a material change we will post a notice on the site. Changes apply from the date they are posted, except that changes to the dispute section will not apply to disputes we already knew about. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
General
These Terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the rest will stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them, including to a buyer or successor of the Service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. There are no third-party beneficiaries. The English version of these Terms controls. Headings are for convenience only, and "including" means "including without limitation".
