TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. received and borrowed an additional $1,900,000 under its revolving credit facility on June 30, 2026. The company entered into the Loan Agreement with Parkview Holdings One LLC, as lender, on April 21, 2026. The company's Form 8-K, dated June 30, 2026 and signed by Chief Financial Officer Dan Dearborn on July 7, 2026, says the company expects to use the funds for general corporate purposes. The filing names no placement agent, underwriter or advisor.

The facility

The Loan Agreement provides a revolving credit facility that matures on April 21, 2031, with a maximum loan availability of $50 million. The company filed the agreement as Exhibit 4.1 to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed April 22, 2026. This 8-K does not describe the interest rate or any collateral, and it says its own description of the agreement is not complete.

The filing flags several risks. The company may be unable to meet the conditions to draw funds, or to stay in compliance with the agreement. The funds may be insufficient to fund its operations and development programs as planned. It also flags potential conflicts of interest arising from the arrangement with an affiliate of the company's largest stockholder. The 8-K does not name the stockholder or the affiliate.

The business

The company's 10-K for 2025, filed March 31, 2026, calls TuHURA a phase 3 clinical stage immuno-oncology company. Its lead candidate, IFx2.0, is an innate immune agonist designed to overcome primary resistance to checkpoint inhibitors. In June 2025 the company began a single randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 3 registration trial of an adjunctive therapy to Keytruda in checkpoint-inhibitor-naive patients with first-line advanced or metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma, under the FDA's accelerated approval pathway. The 10-K's business section does not name the treatment in that sentence and reports no efficacy results from the trial.

The company also acquired TBS-2025, a VISTA-inhibiting antibody, when it completed its acquisition of Kineta, Inc. on June 30, 2025. The 10-K says the company is still planning a Phase 1b/2 trial of TBS-2025 in relapsed or refractory NPM1-mutated AML. It also says it is developing antibody-drug conjugates that target the delta opioid receptor on myeloid-derived suppressor cells.

The company's history includes a reverse merger completed October 18, 2024 with Kintara Therapeutics, and the Kineta acquisition, which the 10-K says issued approximately 4 million shares of common stock in aggregate to Kineta's former holders. The company gives those figures in its own filing.

Losses and cash use

The 10-K reports no revenue in 2025 or 2024. Research and development expense was $20.5 million in 2025 and $13.3 million in 2024. The company reported a net loss of $30.1 million for 2025, against $21.7 million for 2024. Cash used in operations was $27.6 million in 2025, up from $14.7 million in 2024.

Cash and cash equivalents were $12.7 million at the end of 2024. The 8-K gives no cash balance, so the $1,900,000 draw cannot be measured against cash on hand.

What comes next

The company says it will use the June 30 draw for general corporate purposes. The revolver matures on April 21, 2031, and the company may draw further amounts up to the $50 million limit, subject to the conditions the filing lists. The 8-K gives no repayment plan for the draw.
