Silo Pharma (Nasdaq: SILO) said on June 18, 2026 that the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market had confirmed the company regained compliance with the minimum closing bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). According to the press release, the determination was made as of June 17, 2026. The company's common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and the release says the matter is now closed.

The release is short. It confirms the Nasdaq determination and includes a statement from Chief Executive Eric Weisblum. It does not describe the share price during the period in which the company was out of compliance, and it does not describe any step the company took to regain compliance.

The company

Silo describes itself as a diversified developmental-stage biopharmaceutical company with a therapeutic focus on underserved conditions, including stress-induced psychiatric disorders, chronic pain and central nervous system diseases. Its portfolio includes SPC-15 for post-traumatic stress disorder, SP-26 for fibromyalgia and chronic pain, and a preclinical asset targeting Alzheimer's disease.

The annual report for 2025, filed March 27, 2026, describes SPC-15 as the lead product candidate. It is an intranasal serotonin 4 receptor agonist designed for stress-induced psychiatric disorders such as PTSD and anxiety. The company holds exclusive global rights to develop and commercialize SPC-15 under a license agreement with Columbia University that took effect on July 1, 2024. The annual report also says the company submitted a pre-IND briefing package and meeting request to the FDA for SPC-15 on June 4, 2024, and that preclinical and formulation studies were completed in the first half of 2024.

The annual report lists two preclinical programs, SPC-14, an intranasal compound for Alzheimer's disease, and SPU-16, a CNS-homing peptide with an initial research indication in multiple sclerosis. It also describes a scientific advisory board formed to advise management on potential acquisition and development of products.

The annual report describes SP-26 as a time-release ketamine-based loaded implant for fibromyalgia and chronic pain relief. It also describes an exclusive license with Medspray Pharma BV for the soft mist nasal spray technology used to deliver SPC-15, and a license agreement with the University of Maryland, Baltimore, for a ketamine polymer implant.

Financial position

The annual report shows research and development expense of $2.2 million for 2025, compared with $2.4 million for 2024. It reports a net loss of $4.2 million for 2025 and $4.4 million for 2024. Cash from operations was negative $4.7 million in 2025 and negative $3.8 million in 2024. Year-end cash and cash equivalents were $3.9 million at the end of 2024.

The risks ahead

Regaining compliance fixes a listing rule, not the business. The release does not say how the price recovered. Silo has almost no revenue: $72,102 in both 2025 and 2024, against a net loss of $4.2 million and cash used in operations of $4.7 million in 2025. Cash used in operations in 2025 was larger than the $3.8 million used in 2024, and it compares with year-end 2024 cash and cash equivalents of $3.9 million.

The drug work is early. The annual report says a pre-IND briefing package and meeting request for SPC-15 went to the FDA in June 2024. The sources show no investigational new drug application and no human data, and they describe the 505(b)(2) pathway only as one the drug may qualify for. The release gives no date for the first-in-human trial or for the QwikAgents platform.
