Sensei Biotherapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNSE), now Faeth Therapeutics, Inc., said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule.

In an 8-K filed July 9, 2025, the Rockville, Maryland company said it received a letter on July 2, 2025 from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC. The staff determined that for 10 consecutive business days, from June 17, 2025 to July 1, 2025, the closing bid price of the company's common stock was at $1.00 per share or greater.

As a result, the staff found the company had regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). That rule requires listed companies to keep a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share. A company whose stock closes below that level for too long receives a deficiency notice and must lift its price within a set period or face delisting.
