Prelude Therapeutics Incorporated said Nasdaq has confirmed that the company is back in compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement, closing a listing issue that began in March.

A bid-price deficiency means a company's shares have traded below the $1.00 per share minimum that Nasdaq sets for continued listing.

According to a Form 8-K filed on September 19, 2025, Prelude received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on March 27, 2025. That letter said the company's common stock had failed to meet the $1.00 per share requirement. The company disclosed the notice on March 28, 2025.

On September 18, 2025, Prelude received a second letter from Nasdaq. It said the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and that "the matter is now closed."

Prelude's common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol PRLD.
