Plus Therapeutics, Inc. (now Cerenome, Inc.), then trading as PSTV, said Nasdaq confirmed on August 22, 2025 that the company complies with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b).
The letter confirmed compliance with two alternative tests. One is the market value of listed securities standard under 5550(b)(2), which requires at least $35 million. The other is the stockholders' equity standard under 5550(b)(1), which requires at least $2.5 million.
Because of that, Nasdaq gave the company the rest of an earlier grace period to fix its bid price deficiency under Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a closing bid of $1.00. The new deadline is November 12, 2025. Nasdaq had earlier required a fix by September 8, 2025, a deadline that no longer applies.
The company remains under a one-year panel monitoring period for the equity standard, through August 22, 2026. If Nasdaq staff find in that time that it no longer meets the equity standard or another alternative test, the company cannot submit a compliance plan or get a cure period. Staff would issue a delist determination letter, and the company could request a new hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, according to the filing.
The filing's forward-looking statements also refer to the proposed timing of a reverse stock split.
