Pluri Inc. said Nasdaq has confirmed it again meets the exchange's audit committee rules, closing a listing issue that opened this summer.

On July 2, 2025, Pluri told the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that its Audit Committee no longer met the independence requirements of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5605(c)(2)(A). The problem followed the non-election of a director at the company's annual shareholders meeting on June 30, 2025.

Nasdaq then sent Pluri a letter of non-compliance and granted it a cure period under Listing Rule 5605(c)(4). A cure period is the time a company is given to fix a rule breach before the exchange takes further action.

On September 11, 2025, Pluri announced the election of Eitan Ajchenbaum as an independent director. He also joined the Audit Committee as a member and its Chairman.

After that announcement, Pluri received a letter from Nasdaq confirming that it had regained compliance with the audit committee requirement and that the matter is now closed. The company disclosed the letter in a filing dated September 12, 2025. Its common shares trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol PLUR.
