NOMAD Power Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMAD) announced on October 6, 2026 the launch of its 2026 Nationwide Mobile Power Demonstration Tour. The tour will bring its Voyager and Voyager Falcon transportable battery energy storage systems to 26 stops across the Mountain West, Northeast and Southwest in October and November. Each stop includes a live demonstration of the systems. The company says the systems are designed for megawatt-scale deployment in under one hour, a claim the release does not back with customer or test data. The release names no customer, order or revenue figure.

Geordan Pursglove, NOMAD's chief executive officer, said: "Customers are looking for reliable power that can be deployed quickly and moved as their needs change." He added that utilities, data center developers and industrial operators are navigating power infrastructure constraints, and that the company wants to show its systems working in person.

The three roadshows

The first roadshow runs October 6 to 8, 2026 in the Mountain West, hosted with Peterson Co. It has five stops across Salt Lake City, Lehi and Midvale, Utah, and Meridian, Idaho. The demonstrations use the Voyager 1.0 unit, which the release says provides 1 MW of power and 1.3 MWh of energy-storage capacity.

The Northeast roadshow runs October 13 to 26, 2026, hosted with First Line Associates. It has 14 stops across New England and the Mid-Atlantic, including Exeter and Manchester, New Hampshire, Westwood, Massachusetts, and Berlin, Connecticut. The Voyager Falcon demonstration unit departs from NOMAD's Waterbury, Vermont facility.

The Southwest roadshow runs November 2 to 16, 2026, and NOMAD hosts it directly. It has seven stops across California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico, including San Ramon, Las Vegas, Tempe and Albuquerque. The demonstrations use the Voyager Falcon unit.

Products and sales

NOMAD Power Solutions, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary NOMAD Transportable Power Systems, provides transportable, utility-grade battery energy storage systems. The release says the company's mobile platforms deliver rapidly deployable, scalable energy solutions, and that NOMAD lets customers deploy power where and when it is needed without waiting for permanent infrastructure.

The release says customers can deploy and relocate the battery power as their operating needs change, and that commercial options include equipment sales, rentals and Energy-as-a-Service. The company describes its markets as electric utilities, data centers, commercial and industrial customers, emergency response, renewable energy integration and grid modernization.

The release says most of the company's current sales activity comes from inbound inquiries. It also says the sales pipeline includes opportunities across utility, infrastructure and other strategic customer markets. The release adds that there is no guarantee the demonstration tour will result in new customers. A tour of this kind is a marketing expense for a company that says most of its sales activity is still inbound, and the release reports no signed contracts from the pipeline it mentions.

Financial position

The annual report on Form 10-K for 2025, filed March 31, 2026, reports research and development expense of $254,919 for 2025 and $726,232 for 2024. The company reported a net loss of $6.1 million for 2025 and $3.6 million for 2024. Cash used in operations was $3.1 million in 2025 and $3.2 million in 2024. The net loss widened to $6.1 million in 2025 from $3.6 million, while research and development spending fell. The release does not give a current cash balance, so it cannot show how the company pays for the tour, and it adds no financing news.

What comes next

The release says the demonstrations are meant to let prospective customers evaluate the systems and their deployment options. The schedule runs through November 16, 2026, when the Southwest roadshow ends. For more information, the release points readers to the company's investor relations website at ir.nomadpower.com.
