Neurotech International Limited entered into a secured loan agreement and a specific security agreement with Rockford RDF Pty Ltd as trustee for the Rockford RDF Unit Trust, referred to as Rockford, for a secured loan of $3.15 million.

The loan is secured against the company's anticipated refundable research and development tax incentive offsets for FY2026 and FY2027. The release describes the loan as non-dilutive funding and says the loan agreements are otherwise on terms considered customary for agreements of their type.

The proceeds will support the company's Phase III Clinical Studies in ASD, ongoing research and development activities and general working capital purposes.

The key terms in the annexure say interest runs at sixteen per cent a year on the daily balance, with a one per cent establishment fee added to the loan, and a single drawdown. The loan matures at the end of December 2027, and the company can extend that date by thirty days for a fee. Repayment is expected from the two tax incentive offsets. Rockford is the lender, and the release names no placement agent or advisor.
