Liminatus Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: LIMN) said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule, which requires a listed stock to close at $1.00 or more.

The trouble began on January 15, 2026, when Nasdaq told the company its closing bid price had been below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. That put Liminatus out of line with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), the bid price standard for The Nasdaq Global Market.

After an appeal and a hearing, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel moved the company to The Nasdaq Capital Market effective August 4, 2026. The Panel gave it until September 3, 2026 to meet Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), the Capital Market's bid price rule.

Liminatus then carried out a 1-for-50 reverse stock split at the close of trading on August 20, 2026. A reverse split combines existing shares into fewer shares, which raises the price of each one.

On September 24, 2026, Nasdaq notified the company that its closing bid price had been above $1.00 for the 13 consecutive trading days from August 21, 2026 to September 9, 2026. Nasdaq said the matter "is now closed," according to the company's press release.
