Lakewood-Amedex Biotherapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: LABT) reported the results of its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held on September 22, 2026, in an 8-K. As of the July 30, 2026 record date, 2,369,688 shares of common stock were outstanding and entitled to vote.

Stockholders approved an amendment to the articles of incorporation raising the number of authorized shares of common stock from 12,500,000 to 100,000,000. The vote was 927,022 for, 341,843 against and 711 abstaining.
