Imunon, Inc. said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company announced the news on August 28, 2025, after confirmation from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. A hearings panel is the Nasdaq body that reviews a company's case when it faces delisting. The bid price rule requires a listed stock to trade at or above a set minimum price.
As a result, Imunon said its common stock will continue uninterrupted trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
Chief executive Stacy Lindborg said the listing news coincides with a recent 15% stock dividend paid to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2025. A stock dividend pays holders in new shares rather than cash. "Having regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price listing requirement, investors in IMUNON's stock are assured of efficient liquidity as provided by the exchange," she said.
Imunon is in Phase 3 development of IMNN-001, a DNA-based immunotherapy for the localized treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. The company said it has started its Phase 3 OVATION 3 trial in North America.
