iBio, Inc. filed a Form 25 on March 3, 2025 to withdraw its common stock, par value $0.001 per share, from listing and registration on NYSE American LLC.

A Form 25 is the SEC notice that removes a class of securities from listing on a national exchange. iBio checked the box for 17 CFR 240.12d2-2(c), the rule that covers a voluntary withdrawal by the issuer. By doing so, the company certified that it "has complied with the rules of the Exchange" and the SEC requirements that govern a voluntary exit.

The notice lists the company, a Delaware corporation, at 11750 Sorrento Valley Road in San Diego, California, and gives Commission File Number 001-35023. A filing note says the Form 25 and attached notice count toward compliance with 17 CFR 240.19d-1 as applicable.
