I-Mab (now NovaBridge Biosciences) (NASDAQ: IMAB) announced on June 12, 2025 that it received notification on June 11, 2025 from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that it had regained compliance with Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

The company's American Depositary Shares (ADSs) will continue to be listed and traded on Nasdaq. ADSs are U.S.-traded shares that represent ordinary shares of a company based abroad.

To regain compliance, the ADSs were required to hold a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive business days. The company said that was achieved on June 10, 2025. Nasdaq has stated that the matter is now closed. The bid price is the price buyers offer for a share. The company disclosed the notice in a Form 6-K with a press release dated June 12, 2025.
