Global Innovative Platforms, Inc. furnished a June 2026 shareholder update to the SEC in a Form 8-K filed on June 15, 2026. The letter covers the company's capital position, a FINRA application, a parasite study, new equipment, a board and advisory expansion, a revenue collaboration and a new collaboration with a shelter.

Capital and the FINRA application

The letter says that after a Regulation A offering was completed in March 2026, the company continues to evaluate capital raising and will take advantage of opportunities as they arise. It says the company currently has sufficient capital to sustain operations through the end of 2026, which is management's own statement. It refers shareholders to the 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026, which includes a discussion of liquidity and going concern considerations.

The company's sponsoring broker-dealer, Glendale Securities, submitted a 15c2-11 application to FINRA on June 12, 2026. The company says it expects that completing the process will allow for improved liquidity. It also says it cannot guarantee the outcome.

Studies and equipment

On April 1, 2026, the company began an eight-month study focused on heartworm treatment protocols. The study is designed to show early identification of heartworm infection followed by standard treatment.

In parallel, the company has started developing four additional breath signatures for hookworm, roundworm, whipworm and Giardia. The company says these will combine with its existing heartworm work into a single intestinal parasite panel delivered from one breath sample. The letter says all active studies are expected to be complete by year-end, with additional accuracy validation studies to follow, and that there can be no assurance the studies will succeed or finish on the expected timeline.

The company says it has improved its breath capture device and materials, and that it has acquired its third VetBreath Dx analyzer unit, formerly designated as the VOCAM.

Revenue, board and partners

The company's revenue-producing collaboration has been extended through the end of July. The company receives approximately $15,000 to $18,000 per month, along with access to animals and testing data. The partner is a leading global animal health company that has elected to remain confidential. Revenue for the six months ended March 31, 2026 totaled $136,500, as reported in the company's 10-Q.

Effective April 1, 2026, the board was formally seated. The letter names David M. Mauer, Anthony (Tony) Porter, James (Jim) Jones and Dr. Elyssa J. Campbell, a veterinary parasitologist at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. The strategic advisory board was also expanded.

On June 3, 2026, the company visited Big Dog Ranch Rescue, a no-kill shelter with locations in Florida and Alabama that anticipates an intake of approximately 7,000 dogs in 2026. The shelter has agreed to join the pilot program as a sample collection partner.

Financial position

SEC XBRL data summarizes figures from the company's 10-K, filed January 13, 2026. For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, the company reported revenue of $0, research and development expense of $382,832, and a net loss of $718,251. Cash from operations was negative $560,740.

What the letter does not show

The letter reports no results from any study, only that studies are under way, and it says there is no assurance they will succeed or finish on time. Accuracy validation is still to come, so the breath test has not yet shown how accurate it is. The only revenue is a collaboration worth about $15,000 to $18,000 a month, with a confidential partner, and it ran only through July. The company refers readers to going concern considerations in its 10-Q, and the shares still await the FINRA 15c2-11 process that the company hopes will improve liquidity. For fiscal 2025 it reported no revenue and a net loss of $718,251, and its cash from operations was negative $560,740 against negative $87,378 a year earlier. The letter does not say whether the collaboration will be extended beyond July, and it says the company is still evaluating capital raising.
