Estrella Immunopharma, Inc. said Nasdaq has confirmed it is back in line with two continued listing requirements.
On September 23, 2025, the Emeryville, California company received two letters from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, according to a Form 8-K filing.
The first letter covered the minimum bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a closing bid of at least $1.00 per share. Nasdaq had told Estrella on April 30, 2025 that it was out of compliance. The letter states that for the 10 consecutive business days from September 9, 2025, through September 22, 2025, the stock's closing bid price was $1.00 per share or greater.
The second letter covered the minimum market value of listed securities requirement under Listing Rule 5550(b)(2). That test looks at the total market value of a company's listed shares. Nasdaq had notified the company on August 1, 2025 that it fell short. The letter states that for the 17 consecutive business days from August 28, 2025, through September 22, 2025, the company's market value of listed securities was $35,000,000 or greater.
For both matters, the filing says, "Nasdaq considers this matter closed."
