Apollomics Inc. said on July 13, 2026 that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's Market Value of Listed Securities (MVLS) requirement. The company received written notice from Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff on July 8, 2026, and the matter is now closed.

The rule is Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2), which sets a minimum MVLS for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Nasdaq notified the company on June 18, 2026 that it was not in compliance because it failed to maintain a minimum MVLS of $35 million over the previous 30 consecutive business days.

Staff has since determined that the company's market value of listed securities was $35 million or greater for the last 10 consecutive business days, from June 23, 2026 to July 7, 2026. On that basis, Apollomics has regained compliance.
