Adicet Bio, Inc. has received more time from Nasdaq to lift its share price above the exchange's $1.00 minimum.
On October 7, 2025, Nasdaq granted Adicet an additional 180 calendar days, or until April 6, 2026, to regain compliance with the bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The bid price rule requires a listed stock to close at or above $1.00 per share.
The first notice came on April 7, 2025, after Adicet's common stock closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. That notice gave the company until October 6, 2025 to comply under the Nasdaq Global Market rule.
As part of the extension, the listing moves from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market at the opening of business on October 9, 2025. The company said the extension notice has no other immediate effect on the listing.
To regain compliance, the stock must close at $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days before April 6, 2026. If it does not, Nasdaq will send a delisting notice, which Adicet could appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel.
Adicet said it will monitor its bid price and consider its options. These include "effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary," the company said. A reverse split combines existing shares into fewer shares, which raises the price per share.
