The initial closing did not occur because HTIT did not satisfy the closing conditions, and on October 23, 2025 the company gave notice of termination of the joint venture agreement. Oramed also makes strategic investments in healthcare and life sciences companies and enters into real estate and financing transactions, including a Tranche A Note from Scilex Holding Company with a principal amount of $101,875,000.
