In 2023 the company spun off a 51% stake in Altamira Medica AG, which manufactures and markets Bentrio, an OTC nasal spray for allergic rhinitis, and it continues to hold a 49% stake in the Bentrio business. The company has announced its intention to partner or divest legacy assets, including AM-125, a nasal spray for vertigo that is post Phase 2, and its tinnitus and hearing loss programs. Its goal is to become a leading biomedical company focused on RNA delivery technology.
