TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. received and borrowed an additional $650,000 under its revolving credit facility on August 7, 2026, according to a Form 8-K. The company says it expects to use the funds for general corporate purposes. The report was signed on August 13, 2026 by Chief Financial Officer Dan Dearborn.

The lender is Parkview Holdings One LLC, under a Loan Agreement entered into on April 21, 2026. The revolving facility matures on April 21, 2031 and has maximum loan availability of $50 million. The full agreement was filed as Exhibit 4.1 to a Form 8-K filed on April 22, 2026. The filing names no placement agent, underwriter or financial advisor, and it names no counsel.

## What the draw does and does not show

The filing gives no interest rate for the draw, and it does not state the company's total outstanding borrowings under the facility. The filing says its description of the Loan Agreement is qualified by the full text of that agreement. The risks it lists include whether TuHURA can meet the conditions to draw funds and stay in compliance with the Loan Agreement. It also lists the risk that funds under the agreement may not be enough to fund operations and development programs as planned.

The filing also flags potential conflicts of interest from the loan, because Parkview is an affiliate of the company's largest stockholder. The filing does not say how those conflicts would be managed.

## The business and its pipeline

TuHURA describes itself as a phase 3 clinical stage immuno-oncology company. Its lead candidate, IFx2.0, is an innate immune agonist designed to overcome primary resistance to checkpoint inhibitors. In June 2025 the company started a single randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 3 registration trial of IFx2.0 as an add-on to Keytruda in first-line advanced or metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma, in patients who have not received a checkpoint inhibitor. The 10-K says the trial uses the FDA's accelerated approval pathway. The 10-K overview describes the trial's design and not its results. The company also acquired TBS-2025, a VISTA-inhibiting antibody, through its June 30, 2025 merger with Kineta, Inc., and plans a Phase 1b/2 study of it in relapsed or refractory NPM1-mutated AML.

TuHURA is a Nevada corporation. It became TuHURA Biosciences through a reverse merger with Kintara Therapeutics on October 18, 2024, when the former TuHURA became a wholly owned subsidiary. It has reported no revenue in 2024 or 2025.

## Financial position

Research and development expense was $20.5 million in 2025, against $13.3 million in 2024. The net loss was $30.1 million in 2025, against $21.7 million in 2024. Cash used in operations was $27.6 million in 2025, against $14.7 million in 2024. Year-end 2024 cash and cash equivalents were $12.7 million. These annual figures come from the 10-K filed March 31, 2026.

The $650,000 draw is small against $27.6 million of operating cash use in 2025, and against a 2025 net loss of $30.1 million. The facility's $50 million maximum availability is a ceiling, not cash on hand, and the filing does not say how much of it has been drawn in total. The 8-K says the company expects to use the draw for general corporate purposes and gives no repayment terms for it.
