## The draw and the facility

TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. drew an additional $650,000 on October 9, 2026, under a revolving credit facility with Parkview Holdings One LLC, according to a Form 8-K signed on October 16. The company says it will use the funds for general corporate purposes. Parkview Holdings One LLC is the lender under a Loan Agreement the company entered into on April 21, 2026.

The facility matures on April 21, 2031, and carries a maximum loan availability of $50 million. The company filed the agreement as an exhibit to an 8-K on April 22, 2026. The 8-K describes the loan only in summary and says the full text governs. The filing names no placement agent or advisor for the draw, and it names no counsel.

The filing lists risks it attributes to the arrangement. The company may be unable to meet the conditions for each draw or to stay in compliance with the loan terms. The funds available may be insufficient to support operations and development programs as planned. The 8-K also flags potential conflicts of interest arising from the loan with an affiliate of the company's largest stockholder.

## What the company is trying to build

The annual report describes TuHURA as a phase 3 clinical stage immuno-oncology company. Its lead product candidate, IFx2.0, is an innate immune agonist that the company says is designed to overcome primary resistance to checkpoint inhibitors. In June 2025, the company started a single randomized, placebo-controlled phase 3 registration trial of IFx2.0 as an add-on to Keytruda in first-line treatment of advanced or metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma, in patients who have not received a checkpoint inhibitor. The company says it is using the FDA's accelerated approval pathway.

TuHURA also acquired TBS-2025, a VISTA-inhibiting monoclonal antibody, through its acquisition of Kineta, Inc. on June 30, 2025. The company plans a phase 1b/2 trial of TBS-2025 in relapsed or refractory NPM1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia. A third program uses a Delta Opioid Receptor technology to develop antibody-drug conjugates aimed at myeloid-derived suppressor cells.

Neither the annual report nor the 8-K reports trial results for IFx2.0. The phase 3 trial began in June 2025 and has no reported results, so the central scientific claim is untested in these documents. The annual report also reports no revenue for either 2025 or 2024.

The company's history adds dilution. A reverse merger with Kintara Therapeutics closed on October 18, 2024. In the Kineta acquisition, former Kineta stockholders received approximately 4 million shares of common stock, plus a further approximately 1,129,880 shares in December 2025.

## Cash, losses and the draws

Research and development expense rose to $20.5 million in 2025 from $13.3 million in 2024. The net loss widened to $30.1 million from $21.7 million. Cash used in operations rose to $27.6 million in 2025 from $14.7 million in 2024.

Cash is the constraint. Year-end cash and cash equivalents were $12.7 million for 2024 and $3.6 million for 2025, according to a 10-Q filed August 14, 2026. At June 30, 2026, cash and cash equivalents were $995,977, per the company's 10-Q. Against $27.6 million of operating cash use in 2025, a balance near $1 million at mid-year is thin, and a $650,000 draw is a small addition to it.

That is why the revolving line matters. Each draw depends on conditions the 8-K says the company may not meet.

## What comes next

The revolving credit facility runs to April 21, 2031, and its maximum loan availability is $50 million. The 8-K does not say how much of that availability remains after this draw, and the company's own risk list says the funds may not be enough for its programs.

The company is a phase 3 developer with no revenue, a single lead trial and a cash balance just under $1 million at mid-year. The loan is the means of keeping those programs running, and the filing says the loan itself may not be enough.
