Tickers [HURA](https://aibio.space/companies/tuhura-biosciences/)

TuHURA Biosciences borrowed $1,500,000 more under its $50 million revolving facility with Parkview Holdings One LLC. The filing gives no interest rate for the draw and flags conflicts of interest tied to the lender.

TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: [HURA](https://aibio.space/companies/tuhura-biosciences/)) received and borrowed an additional $1,500,000 under its revolving credit facility on July 28, 2026, according to a Form 8-K dated that day. The company expects to use the funds for general corporate purposes. Chief Financial Officer Dan Dearborn signed the filing, which is dated July 29, 2026.

The loan agreement, entered April 21, 2026, names Parkview Holdings One LLC as lender. The revolving facility matures April 21, 2031 and has a maximum loan availability of $50 million. The company filed the full agreement as Exhibit 4.1 to a Form 8-K filed April 22, 2026, and the July filing describes it only in summary.

## Terms the filing leaves out

The filing gives no interest rate for the draw. It names no placement agent, underwriter or financial advisor. The filing also does not say how much of the $50 million facility is drawn in total.

The 8-K's forward-looking section lists three risks. The first is that the company may be unable to meet the conditions for drawdown or stay in compliance with the loan agreement. The second is that funds under the agreement may not be enough for operations and development programs. The third is potential conflicts of interest from the loan with an affiliate of the company's largest stockholder. The filing does not name that affiliate.

## The company behind the loan

TuHURA describes itself as a phase 3 clinical stage immuno-oncology company with three technologies aimed at overcoming resistance to cancer immunotherapies. Its Immune FxTM platform, known as IFx, is an innate immune agonist designed to make tumor cells look like bacteria to the immune system. Its lead product candidate, IFx2.0, is designed to overcome primary resistance to checkpoint inhibitors.

The annual report for 2025, filed March 31, 2026, says the company began a single randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 3 registration trial in June 2025. The trial tests an add-on to Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in first-line treatment of advanced or metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma in patients who have not received checkpoint inhibitors, under the FDA's accelerated approval pathway. The business section gives no efficacy results from the trial.

The company also acquired TBS-2025, a VISTA-inhibiting antibody, through its acquisition of Kineta, Inc. on June 30, 2025, and plans a Phase 1b/2 trial of it in relapsed or refractory mutated NPM1 acute myeloid leukemia. It is also developing antibody-drug conjugates aimed at myeloid-derived suppressor cells. The current company dates from a reverse merger with Kintara Therapeutics, completed on October 18, 2024.

## Cash burn against the new money

The annual report shows research and development expense of $20.5 million in 2025, up from $13.3 million in 2024. The net loss widened to $30.1 million in 2025 from $21.7 million in 2024. Cash used in operations rose to $27.6 million in 2025 from $14.7 million in 2024. The company reported no revenue in either year.

Cash and cash equivalents were $12.7 million at the end of 2024. The $1,500,000 draw is small next to those operating outflows, and the 8-K itself refers to the company's need for additional capital.

## What comes next

The filing sets no further dates for the loan. The next fixed point is the April 21, 2031 maturity. Any further draws depend on the drawdown conditions in the loan agreement, which the 8-K summarizes but does not reproduce. The 8-K points readers to the other risks in the annual report for 2025, which it does not repeat.
