ProtoKinetix, Inc. (OTC: [PKTX](https://aibio.space/companies/protokinetix/)) filed a Form NT 10-Q on August 14, 2026, a notice that its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026 will be late. The original filing date for smaller reporting companies was August 14, 2026.

The company said it was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file the report on time because of delays in completing its financial statements and its management discussion and analysis. It said it is still compiling required information and that its independent registered public accounting firm needs more time to complete its review of the June 30, 2026 financial statements. It anticipates filing no later than the fifth calendar day after the prescribed filing date.

The company does not anticipate a significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year. Its principal executive office is in Dalton, Ohio.
