China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited said on September 1, 2026 that KPC Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a non-wholly owned subsidiary, received a notice of acceptance of registration for medium term notes. The notice was issued by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and carries the reference Zhong Shi Xie Zhu [2026] No. MTN682.

The notice is effective for two years from its issue date. During that period KPC may issue medium term notes in tranches up to an aggregate amount of RMB1 billion.

The company said the proposed issuance may or may not proceed and that it will make further announcements as and when appropriate. The announcement names no placement agent, underwriter or advisor for the notes. Shareholders and potential investors were told to take care when dealing in the company's securities.
