Kairos Pharma, Ltd. has notified the Securities and Exchange Commission that it will not file its annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 on time. The notice is dated March 28, 2025.

The company said its accounting staff needs more time to prepare and finalize the financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2024.
