Incannex Healthcare Inc. has begun the process of moving its common stock listing from The Nasdaq Global Market to The Nasdaq Capital Market, the company said in a [Form 8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1873875/000121390025053995/ea0245512-8k_incannex.htm) filed June 13, 2025.

The process started as of June 11, 2025. To complete the move, Incannex must meet that market's continued listing requirements, submit an online transfer application, pay an application fee and have the application accepted by Nasdaq staff.

The company said the application is part of its efforts to become compliant with Nasdaq continued listing requirements, as discussed in Current Reports filed on January 10, 2025 and April 25, 2025. If the transfer is accepted, the stock will continue to trade under the symbol "IXHL."

The filing lists several risks. Among them, the application may not be accepted, the company may not regain compliance with the Nasdaq bid price requirement in any compliance period, and a reverse stock split, if completed, may not produce the sustained price increase needed. It also says the company may not receive any additional compliance period and that any appeal of staff decisions may be unsuccessful.
