Gelteq Limited (Nasdaq: [GELS](https://aibio.space/companies/gelteq/)) said on November 3, 2025 that it cannot file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 on time without unreasonable effort or expense.

The company filed a Form 12b-25, a notice that a periodic report is late. The rule gives a company a short grace period to file after the due date.

Gelteq says the reason is that additional time is needed to finalize the financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.

The company anticipates that it will file the Form 20-F within the fifteen-day grace period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Gelteq answered no when asked whether it expects a significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year. It also said all other periodic reports required during the preceding 12 months have been filed.
