FibroGen, Inc. (now Kyntra Bio, Inc.) said on March 28, 2025 that it amended two agreements with Fortis Therapeutics, Inc.

The first is Amendment No.1 to the First Amended and Restated Evaluation Agreement, dated June 6, 2024. The second is Amendment No.1 to the First Amended and Restated Option Agreement and Plan of Merger, also dated June 6, 2024. Both agreements amended and restated original agreements dated May 5, 2023.

Both amendments, entered into on March 28, 2025, moved the option exercise deadline under the two agreements to December 31, 2027.

FibroGen said the full texts of both amendments will be filed as exhibits to its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. At the time of the filing, the common stock traded on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol FGEN.
