Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: [COSM](https://aibio.space/companies/cosmos-health/)) announced on October 7, 2026 preliminary revenue of approximately $54.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026. That is up 19%, or $8.7 million, from $45.6 million in the same period of 2025. The company's [8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1474167/000147793226006158/cosm_ex991.htm) filed October 9, 2026 includes the press release. The release also gives preliminary third-quarter revenue of approximately $17.4 million and reaffirms the company's outlook that full-year 2026 revenue will surpass $90 million.

## Nine-month and third-quarter results

The company says nine-month revenue nearly matches the whole of 2024, when full-year revenue was $54.4 million. It represents 83% of record full-year 2025 revenue of $65.3 million. Measured against the first nine months of 2024, revenue is up 35%.

Third-quarter revenue of approximately $17.4 million compares with $17.1 million in the third quarter of 2025, which the release describes as the highest quarterly revenue the company had reported at that time. Against the third quarter of 2024, revenue of $12.4 million, the release says growth is 40%. The company also says that first, second and third quarter revenue each exceeded the highest revenue it had previously reported for those quarters.

## Growth across the business

The release attributes the increase to growth in each core segment. Contract manufacturing at Cana Laboratories reached a record production pipeline of more than 32.7 million units. Pharmaceutical distribution at CosmoFarm delivered record volumes across a network of more than 1,500 pharmacies. The proprietary brands, including Sky Premium Life, C-Scrub and C-Sept, grew in their established markets and entered new territories and channels. Sales momentum in the United States also continued to build.

CEO Greg Siokas said: "In nine months we have delivered approximately what took us a full year in 2024."

## The outlook

The company reaffirmed its expectation that full-year 2026 revenue will surpass $90 million, which the release says would represent growth of approximately 38% over 2025. The company expects the fourth quarter of 2026 to be the strongest quarter in its history, supported by contract manufacturing orders, seasonal strength in distribution and accelerating sales in the United States. The release presents full-year 2026 as the company's outlook, not results.

## The company

Cosmos Health Inc. was incorporated in 2009 in Nevada and describes itself as a diversified, vertically integrated global healthcare group. It owns proprietary pharmaceutical and nutraceutical brands, including Sky Premium Life, Mediterranation, bio-bebe, C-Sept and C-Scrub. Its subsidiary Cana Laboratories S.A. is licensed under European Good Manufacturing Practices and certified by the European Medicines Agency. The subsidiary manufactures pharmaceuticals, food supplements, cosmetics, biocides and medical devices within the European Union.

## Financial position

The XBRL data show revenue of $65.3 million for 2025 and $54.4 million for 2024, both from the 10-K filed April 15, 2026. Research and development expense was $519,363 for 2025 and $533,293 for 2024. The net loss was $19.1 million for 2025 and $16.2 million for 2024. Cash from operations was negative $8.4 million in 2025 and negative $7.7 million in 2024.

Year-end cash and cash equivalents were $715,674 for 2025, according to a 10-Q filed August 18, 2026, and $315,105 for 2024. Year-end short-term investments were $46,158 for 2025 and $21,148 for 2024. The company reported cash and cash equivalents of $1.8 million as of June 30, 2026, and short-term investments of $37,464.

## What the revenue figures leave out

The release is about revenue only. It gives no profit, loss or cash flow figures for 2026, and the business lost $19.1 million in 2025 with $8.4 million of operating cash used. Third-quarter revenue of about $17.4 million was close to the $17.1 million of a year earlier, so growth slowed in the most recent quarter. Reaching more than $90 million for the year, against $54.3 million after nine months, depends on a fourth quarter well above anything reported, which the company expects but has not delivered. The figures are preliminary and unaudited, still subject to quarter-end closing, and the release says actual results may differ. Cash was $1.8 million at June 30, 2026. Full third-quarter results will appear in the Form 10-Q.
