Aspire Biopharma Holdings, Inc. (now Aspire-Lakewood Holdings, Inc.) has told the Securities and Exchange Commission that it cannot file its annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 by April 15, 2025, the original due date. The notification of late filing is dated March 31, 2025.

The company said it needs more time to complete its financial statements and could not finish them without unreasonable effort or expense.

Aspire said it expects to file no later than the fifth calendar day after the prescribed filing date. It said it has filed all other periodic reports required over the preceding 12 months, and it does not expect a significant change in results of operations from the prior fiscal year.
