Apollomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: [APLM](https://aibio.space/companies/apollomics/)) furnished unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2025 in a Form 6-K filed December 22, 2025. The statement of financial position shows a total deficit of $4,398 thousand at June 30, 2025, compared with total equity of $4,864 thousand at December 31, 2024. Net current liabilities were $343 thousand at the half-year date, against net current assets of $2,868 thousand at year-end. Accumulated deficits stood at $713,359 thousand.

## Going concern

The notes say that, based on cash and cash equivalents of $2.1 million at June 30, 2025, the group estimates it may not have sufficient liquidity to continue as a going concern through at least June 30, 2026. The group will need additional capital from equity, debt or strategic partnerships, and the notes say it is uncertain whether that capital will be available on acceptable terms, if at all. Management concluded that these conditions raise substantial doubt about the group's ability to continue as a going concern within one year of the statements.

## Cash and the burn

Cash and cash equivalents were $2,094 thousand at June 30, 2025, down from $9,766 thousand at December 31, 2024. Net cash used in operating activities was $7,624 thousand for the half, and financing activities used $82 thousand. Total current liabilities were $10,472 thousand, against $7,399 thousand at year-end, and other payables and accruals rose to $10,269 thousand from $7,166 thousand, more than the cash on hand.

A September 3, 2025 private placement, after the balance sheet date, sold about 1.04 million Class A ordinary shares at $3.9317 per share for gross proceeds of $4.1 million before fees and expenses.

## Revenue that has not been collected

Revenue for the six months was $8,500 thousand, against none a year earlier. It came from a March 2025 agreement with LaunXP International Co., Ltd. for development and commercialization of vebreltinib, the company's c-Met inhibitor, with an EGFR inhibitor in non-small cell lung cancer in Asia outside mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. Apollomics is to receive upfront payments totaling $10 million, is eligible for milestone payments of up to $50 million, and is due royalties of 11% on net product sales. The $8,500 thousand was the license portion; $1,500 thousand allocated to initial drug supply was not yet recognized.

Accounts receivable were $7,200 thousand at June 30, 2025, and nil at year-end, so most of the revenue was still owed at the period end rather than collected.

## Losses, costs and a settlement

The loss for the six months was $12,536 thousand, compared with $35,206 thousand a year earlier. Research and development expenses fell to $4,620 thousand from $16,926 thousand. Administrative expenses rose to $14,488 thousand from $10,153 thousand. Loss per common share was $11.37, compared with $37.53.

Part of the rise in administrative costs is a settlement. On November 19, 2025 the group agreed to resolve legal proceedings brought in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands by two minority investors, paying $5.0 million in cash and approximately $0.9 million in associated legal expenses. The group recorded a total obligation of $5.9 million at June 30, 2025 in administrative expenses, with $1.9 million in other payables and $4.0 million in other non-current liabilities, which were $4,018 thousand against nil at year-end. Warrant liabilities at fair value rose to $486 thousand from $102 thousand.

## Shares and the business

The statements say all share and per-share figures were retroactively adjusted for a 100-to-1 reverse stock split effective November 14, 2024. The weighted average number of common shares outstanding was 1,103,075 for the six months of 2025, against 937,960 a year earlier.

Apollomics describes itself as a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on oncology therapies, with vebreltinib as its lead program. It became public through a March 29, 2023 business combination with Maxpro Capital Acquisition Corp.

## What comes next

The statements name no Nasdaq notice. The next financial figures would be for the period ending September 30, 2025, and any further financing would appear in later filings.
