## TG's BRIUMVI is working. Subcutaneous dosing is the next bet

TG has a fast-growing, profitable MS drug and two line extensions that look likely to work. The company has added debt and spent heavily to prepare a subcutaneous version, so the phase 3 readout carries more weight than its low scientific risk suggests. Its early bets outside MS remain speculative.

It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security and it is not investment advice. It does not consider the share price, valuation or your circumstances, and it can change at any time. Payments from companies never affect it. [How the rank works](https://aibio.space/disclosures/#rank).

- **Technology**: **Proven in market.** BRIUMVI's seven-year data show 88.3% of continuously treated patients free of confirmed disability progression, and U.S. sales grew about 64% in Q2.

- **Odds**: **Low-risk extensions.** ENHANCE met its bioequivalence endpoint, and modeled exposure for the subcutaneous phase 3 sits well above the non-inferiority bar, though azer-cel is still phase 1.

- **Balance sheet**: **Profitable with debt.** TG held $612.3 million in cash and investments at June 30 against a $750 million term loan.

- **Main risk**: **One-drug company.** Almost all revenue is BRIUMVI, and heavy subcutaneous manufacturing spending cut Q2 net income to $7.8 million.

- **Watch next**: **Subcutaneous phase 3.** Topline data are due at year-end 2026 or in the first quarter of 2027.
