The lead autologous product, MT-601, is in a Phase 1 APOLLO study in relapsed lymphoma patients who failed or are ineligible for anti-CD19 CAR-T therapy, and the study has advanced to dose expansion. MT-601 is also in a Phase 1 PANACEA trial for locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer in combination with front-line chemotherapy. The FDA granted orphan drug designation to MT-601 for pancreatic cancer in January 2022. An off-the-shelf product, MT-401-OTS, is in the Phase 1 RAPID study for acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndromes.
